Fabric Safety & Chemical Standards

Your comfort and safety matter to us. That's why we choose fabrics that are independently certified and manufactured under some of the textile industry's highest chemical safety standards.

Our fabrics are OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified, meaning they have been tested for harmful substances and are safe for direct contact with skin.

The facilities where our fabrics are produced follow internationally recognized chemical management standards, including STeP by OEKO-TEX®, ZDHC, and bluesign®. These standards strictly prohibit the use of hazardous chemicals throughout the manufacturing process.

To ensure these standards are consistently met:

  • Over 95% of the chemicals used in production are ZDHC Level 3 certified, the highest level of chemical conformance verification.
  • Chemical use is monitored and verified every month through the ZDHC InCheck reporting system.
  • Certifications, Safety Data Sheets, and chemical compliance are reviewed every six months.
  • Wastewater is independently tested every six months according to ZDHC requirements, with no restricted substances detected.

Our commitment begins with our fabrics. We use fabrics that help to minimize environmental impact. The fibers are mostly derived from raw material wood, biodegradable, sourced from controlled and certified forests and thus can fully revert back to nature.

The science of softness

TENCEL™ Modal is a soft, wood-based fiber made from sustainably sourced raw materials from responsibly managed forests. It is known for its exceptional softness, breathability, and excellent moisture management, helping fabrics feel comfortable and dry throughout the day.

Compared to conventional modal, TENCEL™ Modal is produced using resource-efficient technology that reduces water consumption, carbon emissions, and the use of fossil resources. The wood used to produce the fiber comes from FSC® and PEFC™ certified or controlled sources.

Engineered by nature

TENCEL™ Lyocell is one of the premium materials we choose for our products. Made from sustainably sourced wood, it is produced in a closed-loop process that recovers and reuses more than 99% of the water and solvent, significantly reducing environmental impact.

The fibers are biodegradable and compostable, allowing them to naturally return to the earth at the end of their life. The wood comes from responsibly managed forests certified by FSC® and PEFC™, with no sourcing from endangered or ancient forests.
